Upper School Students Release “The Pendulum” 2024

S.A.
The art and English departments are proud to announce the release of “The Pendulum,” the Upper School literary and arts magazine that features the work of St. Luke’s Upper School students. This year, the publication’s theme is “Apocalypse,” inspired by the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, and tells the story of the stages of terror and survival: division, conflict, decay, and renewal.

Under the exceptional leadership of editors Jackie Cecil ‘24 and Birch Howe ‘25, the publication's staff dedicated numerous hours throughout the year to meticulously review submissions and make thoughtful decisions about how to shape the magazine. The result is a vibrant, captivating publication that truly showcases the profound thoughts and creative endeavors of our esteemed St. Luke’s Upper School students.

Physical copies of the publication are available in the school library, and the digital version can be viewed here.
